Football:
You can easily convert your backyard into a football pitch. Simply purchase two football goals (football goals are sold in different size, so choose the right size in dependence of your backyard dimensions) and voila you will have a football ground where you and your children can kick the ball and see who’s best. There are two types of football goals on the makers: freestanding and in-ground. Once the posts have been places in the holes, fill the holes with soil to keep the posts steady and attach the net to the posts. You can take down the net while you are not playing volleyball. This way you will open more space in your backyard for other events such as backyard parties or playing other sports.
Boxing:
You can easily hang a boxing bag in your backyard and train boxing with your children. For the task purchase a boxing bag and a freestanding boxing bag stand to hang the bag. By opting to use a boxing bag stand you will spare yourself the time consuming and laborious task of mounting a wall stand or digging holes in which you will place a timber boxing bag stand.
